Leadership Development for Managers
10 training modules designed to develop the leadership skills of managers, enabling them to deal with the ever-changing challenges and demands of today’s workplace.
Objective:
Participants in this program will come to a better understanding of the leadership skills required to fulfill their role.
They will gain a greater appreciation of their roles and responsibilities under employment legislation.
They will also be given the tools to be become more effective as a coach, in resolving conflicts, in counseling and discipline and solving problems within the workplace.
Throughout this training the participants will develop personally, measuring their own accomplishments by means of the Supervisor’s Self-Assessment tool, thereby becoming a greater asset to their employer.

The recommended schedule is a half-day for each session.

Who should attend:
This course is designed for any current supervisor/manager, as well as those who may be promoted in the near future. Maximum group size is 8.
